The Aura/Chakra Connection and Solar Flares

"Through the Mist" by Primal Painter

This is my first attempt at interpreting an aura/chakra connection and using it to strengthen and illuminate the murky areas of the aura that need healing.

Here's the necklace I made from a miniature print of this image.. I made two, I thought that would hold me for awhile, but they've both sold.

I was thinking about how my chakras always need more work.  I can get them balanced and open......for awhile.........and then there are more blockages and damage that need undone, unraveled.

It makes me wonder, do you suppose that the reason for this ongoing work is that there are many layers to our issues that could go back lifetimes?  Or could it be, (and this is an interesting thought) that the chakras are only as healthy as the aura?

Maybe the aura is the key to the chakras, and the chakras are key to the meridians in the body, and the meridians are key to the body.  But we're only as healthy as our auras...hmmm.  It would make sense. I mean, when we experience an emotional wounding of some kind, it seems like that would possibly  put a hole or rip in the aura.  The aura becomes disorganized in that spot, dark, ugly, unhealthy and then the resonating chakra picks up that dark energy and funnels it into the body. A person could work on their chakras forever, but they would still get gunked up again because the aura hasn't been healed.

I think we need to heal and strengthen our auras, which is especially important during this time of dramatic solar activity..  How to do that? I'll have to think on that one awhile, but allowing the energy and intentions of "Through the Mist" could help.  I believe that setting an intention is a great start.  "My aura is strong, healthy, intact, clear and easily transmutes outside energetic and emotional influences into positive energy for myself, for others, and the planet."

You've probably heard that we're being hit right now by magnetic storms generated by intense solar flares.
I've mentioned several times about my theory that the solar flares, coronal masses and magnetic storms are affecting not just the planet, but also us piddley widdle hoomans, although news reports claim that there's no effect on humans....whatever!!!

I personally have been having anxiety, a sense of urgency, headaches, the sense that time is moving at warp speed, difficulties with communication (losing my words and train of thought), ringing in the ears, almost like morse code, and here in the last several weeks, hot flashes which lately have been intense and hourly.  I assumed the hot flashes were a direct a result of menopause, but today I stumbled across this article that describes how I've been feeling lately and lo and behold, hot flashes are a symptom of the solar flares! Ha! Wow, that's just wild. That would explain why my boyfriend has also been having hot flashes.  I just thought he was so in-tune with me that he was having sympathy hot flashes. lol

My hot flashes have been so intense at times, that my face has blistered and looks windburned or like I have heat rash.  We're in for some major magnetic and energetic bombardments here in the next three days, so all you sensitives out there, hang on. I think we can use this intense energy to our advantage to burn out all the old cellular debris that we've been carrying around for lifetimes. Set your intentions but add a little disclaimer "with the least amount of discomfort possible"!  This article really clarified to me all of the things I've been theorizing about for quite awhile now.   I don't know how scientific it is, but it feels true.

Here's a little excerpt from the article, but if you're interested in this phenomenon and want to read the whole article, go here: http://www.carliniinstitute.com/how_recent_solar_flares_are_affecting_us   Heather also has many other resonating articles on her website

How Recent Solar Flares Are Affecting Humans©Heather Carlini 2010, 2011, 2012

Solar flares affect the Central Nervous System (stomach lining), all brain activity (including equilibrium), along with human behaviour and all psycho-physiological (mental-emotional-physical) response.  Solar flares can cause us to be nervous, anxiousness, worrisome, jittery, dizzy, shaky, irritable, lethargic, exhausted, have short term memory problems and heart palpitations, feel nauseous, queasy, and to have prolonged head pressure and headaches.

The solar flares and photon waves are changing the fabric of our physical reality as they have a powerful effect on our physical cellular level, causing our cellular memories to awaken and clear.  We often experience this as the body heating up in the form of “hot flashes.”  Our lower emotions are low frequency energy stored in our cells from past experiences and traumas that we have encountered and never processed —so they become stored as cellular memories.  Photon energy is a much higher frequency energy that pulls up the lower emotional frequency so it can calibrate to the higher frequency.... thus we find ourselves releasing these lower emotions of sadness and grief without knowing why.

This morning, Jamie, my boyfriend, woke up with all of these symptoms.  I actually feel a little buzzy, in a pretty good mood, and my hot flashes are decreasing in intensity and frequency.  I've been working on setting my intentions, and I doubt if he's been doing that. I think it would be wise for us all to pay attention to how we're feeling and start doing something to integrate and transmute these energies.

Hang on, this year could be a bumpy ride....but exciting!

Until next time,

Laurie

PS:  Solar activity is scientifically proven to be connected to earthquakes, volcanoes, extreme weather, tornadoes..... so it might not hurt to set our intentions to protect our homes, families and the planet from the effects of extreme weather.

Abstract Art, Auras and Energy

So I got to thinking about how energy, my energy in particular, is tied into what's happening in the immediate environment.  I noticed earlier that my energy, my auric energy, seems to be very tied to nature. The trees dropping their leaves in order to preserve their energy and then re-directing their energy into the root system seems to be so symbolic of what's happening to me right now.

It seems that with energy healing, there are things, emotions, thoughts, and identities that start to shed and drop away...like leaves.....like an alter ego.....like a false self......like a low vibing flawed human with fear and judgment running the show.  I don't really believe that I'll ever reach the status of unflawed human, but I think my goal will be to become a higher vibing less flawed human! How would I say that though if I were to sit down and make out a specific intention?

Speaking of specific intentions, I wonder how important those are?  When we put our intentions down into words, doesn't that mean that we're trying to take control, and ultimately, isn't releasing control the end goal? I mean, I know that what we think is what we are, but what if the goal was to transcend literal thought and enter the realm of pure high vibing energy with the freedom of accepting what is and flowing with the twists and turns, the ups and downs...like a graceful dance. Like a willow tree blowing in the wind.  If I were I tree, I'd want to be a willow tree..bending and flowing, twirling and curling, long hair, like a goddess.  Willow trees are the yoga goddesses of the tree world. lol

I noticed that I haven't done any energy art digital paintings lately, and I think maybe it's because I got into being too specific with the intention...too literal, too controlling with not enough pure flow, not enough interpretive abstract.  I enjoy it when it's more free-flowing and less pressured to perform the intention. I mean, what do I know? For all I know, the intentions I set might be totally off, timing wise.  Something else might need to happen first that I don't even know about. I think the intention needs to be more open, less controlling and energetically higher and finer, more like something that's completely beyond the five senses,  more like light and movement, a higher vibe.  Then, when the imagery is finished, it'll be subject to individual interpretation based on what the viewer needs in order to acheive a higher vibration.

I think it comes down to this: "My intention is to be a a clear and open energetically artistic channel for light, love, and healing for the highest good of all. "  Then step back and let it happen, let it flow.

Maybe I'll do one right now and see what happens.....

3 hours later:

Hehee, fun! .  My first impressions are of an abstract aura, chakras and the meridians.  The aura is the energy field that surrounds us and connects us to our surroundings and the Source,  the chakras are the vortexes of energy that pull in the energy that the aura has collected, and the meridians spread that energy around the body through a weblike network. The moon and the sun are both present in this one. I would say that we need to be aware that we are significantly influenced by the activities of both the sun and the moon.  Strong gravitational pull, solar flares, coronal masses, magnetic fluctuations, all of these things can affect our brain chemistry and the physical aspects of the human body.  What to do about it? I would say that being aware of these things is the first step, then make a concentrated effort to allow those energies to flow through us, transmuting into an energy that balances and raises the vibe.  Make ourselves into a light source that emanates in every direction, reaching around the planet, even around the universe, and see light streaming in through our aura and crown, magnifying, then spreading out through a web that connects everything and everyone. We transmute the negative and turn it into the positive. We take it in but we don't own it, we infuse it with the light and the love that comes from the Source and pass it on through.

So I can talk the talk but now I'll have to see if I can walk the walk.

Wow, that's some deep sh*t..lol

Laurie.

Energy Art using Gimp's Airbrush Tool

Work in Progress by Primal Painter

I've started to do some actual rendering with Gimp as opposed to my usual freestyle happy accidents.  This is one of my first attempts.  I came up with a happy accident, then went into it with the warping tool and starting moving things around and painting with the airbrush tool.  If you enlarge it, you can see the details better. I'm torn between making the details in her face more distinct or making them even more vague.

I'm really clumsy with that darn mouse, I wish I had one of those tablets where you can use a pen to draw on the screen.  Wow, I could really do some awesome things with that, but alas, it's out of my reach financially at the moment.

Now for a little something I don't normally do.  Sara, a wonderful painter who creates very inspirational work, tagged me on her blog Simply Sarafina Paintings to fill out the ABC's of Me questionnaire. I'm not usually into that kind of thing, I might moan and groan a little at the thought, but I didn't want to let Sara down.  Copy and pasting wasn't working, and after answering the questions twice (TWICE), I finally gave up.  So Melinda from Inspiration Earth, sent me a pdf file and lo and behold, I think it's going to work.....(groan...just kidding).

So for the THIRD time..............

A. Age:  50 (what?) Did I say 50? I meant 49

Well I did it!

By the way, I got the most amazing package from Melinda, Taylor, Jordan, and Riley yesterday.  It made tears come to my eyes it was so sweet.  Melinda sent me some orange flavored lip balm and my lips still feel soft from yesterday. She also sent me some Invigorating Hand Sanitizer made from witch hazel and essential oils...it's really amazing stuff, and so is she.  The handmade cards she sent are absolutely gorgeous....and I mean gorgeous!  Taylor sent me a lovely purple bookmark with my name on it, Jordan sent me a super cool handmade card and four of her needle felted acorns (so cute! I have the perfect little bowl).  Riley sent me a handmade zebra card and a sweet note.  Let me take a picture real quick.......

That photo doesn't really do those handmade cards justice, they're extremely well done and appealing! Thank you so much Smitten Family.  It wasn't expected or necessary, but I'm thrilled and touched!

Now for a couple of pictures of the things I smell when I walk outside (in addition to dogs and goats....)

Orange Blossoms are loaded this year....

 Nothing is better than honeysuckle!

 Mini Holliehocks are gorgeous!

Wild roses....yum.....
I think I forgot to size all these photos down.  Does this page load super slow because of it?

Have an Awesome Sunday!!!

Another Dog Story

The Migraine Zone

I love all my puppies, don't get me wrong, but sometimes it gets a little ridiculous around here.  All of our dogs seem to think they need to be within four feet of me at all times, all  five dogs.  I'm like the pied piper, wherever I go it's a mini parade.  If I shut the door to the bathroom, they  lay down outside the door and wait patiently for me to come back out, then follow me single file and take their places within the four foot range with Bobo in my lap.

Yesterday I had a slammin' migraine, so I took one of my treximets which knock me out  hard.  I fell asleep on the couch and woke up about 2 a.m. and decided I needed to go to bed.  In a hardcore haze of groggy, where am I? mentality, I stood up, stepped on Chance's tail who was sleeping next to the couch.  He let out a yelp which startled Bobo, who sleeps under the blanket with me and triggered  a full-on Jack Russell Terrier tirade of high pitched screaming and yelling. Ellie, my daughter's dog, starts her shrill little girl shrieking.  I stepped somewhere else to get off of Chance's tail, and stepped on Penny's tail, who yelped and started barking.  Then I  stumbled over Patches, (Miss Skunkalicious), and promptly did a face plant on the floor amidst a chaotic chorus of exited dog yelling.  Good grief, what a zoo!

I laid there for a minute, groaning and imagining myself with one of those Batman cartoon bubbles over my head that says POW!  and then one that says ARGGGGGHHHHH!.  The noise and excitement dies down but while I'm on the floor in total darkness trying to get my act together, my face is getting  licked by several tongues at once (cartoon bubble that says EWWWWWWW).

I stumble towards the bedroom where for some unknown reason, the door is half shut, so I promptly crash into the door with my face!  Good Gawd, that migraine/treximet combo is a bitch...

The good news?  Nothing is broken, my puppies adore me and my migraine is gone. (Cartoon bubble that says AWWWWW).

By the way, that top picture is how I feel when I get a migraine.  I created that image yesterday when I was in the migraine/drugged zone.  Pretty colors but a little chaotic and jaggedy.

Have an awesome day!

Laurie

Seeing Auras

pinguin pushes another one

We've probably all seen this little video, but it never fails to crack me up.   I amuse myself by imagining my boyfriend's face on the penguin who's going face first into the water......Is that wrong? lol

The photo below is a view of Friday night's full moon taken through the trees after it's been "primal-tized".  It's a little different from some of the wild psychedelic digital art that I've come up with lately, but I like it cause it's trippy, dark and mystical.

It makes me think of my all-time favorite movie Avatar and how the native Na'vi might see a full moon at night. They seem to have the ability to see the aura and energy surrounding the plants and animals of their planet Pandora. Sometimes I can do that myself  when  I'm not all tied up in knots stumbling around in my left-brain arrogantly thinking I can control everything.

When I was really young, I thought everyone could see colors and feel vibrations. Then when I got older, I thought maybe there was something wrong with my eyes.  Now, after reading copious amounts of books on energy work and getting three weeks of training to be an advanced reiki practitioner, I realize that what I occasionally get glimpses of  are auras and energy.

If I'm relaxed and spacing out on my balcony, gazing at the sky and the tree tops,  I can see the energy coming off the trees like shimmery swirly vibrations, similar to what hot pavement looks like when the heat is coming off it. If I manage to stay in that space, everything starts moving and swirling (whee !), but the colors  are really subtle.  I wish I could see the vibrant colors of auras, but so far all I can see are transparent pastels and only if I'm not trying too hard.

A couple of months ago, I was talking to this older lady and for whatever reason, her aura started flashing itself at me.  I kept getting glimpses of this dark circle about the size of a tennis ball near her armpit.  I started doing that boing boing way of blinking my eyes thinking it was some kind of weird vision malady, undoubtedly looking like I was having a seizure or something, so she asked me what was wrong.   I told her what I was seeing, and she said that she had cancer in the lymph nodes near her armpit. How weird is that?!  I've had several incidents where that's happened, actually.  I'm no expert and no diagnostic, but cancer and tumors seem to be something that shows up easily in the aura.

I'll leave you with this secret about myself even though it's probably too much information.  I sometimes fantasize that I'm one of the Na'vi living on the planet Pandora. If you haven't seen Avatar (and you really should), the Na'vi are 8 foot tall, big eyes, long tails, pointy ears, gorgeous blue skin, half naked and have a deep connection to and reverence with the energy of their planet. Oh and they also ride these psychedelic looking pterodactyl type birds which seems way more fun that driving a beat up old Honda.....not that there's anything wrong with beat up old Hondas except for the fact that they can't, you know, fly!
